A day in the life As an AML Support Specialist, you are on the frontline supporting customers with onboarding and ongoing AML related enquiries. You respond to inbound queries via phone, email and web, ensuring every interaction is professional, timely and solution focused. You manage cases from start to finish, including complex enquiries and complaints, working closely with internal teams such as Risk, Legal, Technology and Customer Experience to drive resolution. You monitor queues and workflows to ensure service levels are met and customers are kept informed throughout the lifecycle of their case. About the role This role is responsible for delivering exceptional AML support while adhering to internal policies and procedures. You will solve complex problems, escalate where required, and ensure customers receive clear guidance through job aids, help content and your subject matter expertise. You will also follow documented complaints handling processes to achieve first call resolution wherever possible and build strong working relationships across the business. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and deliver on the sales strategy within the Conveyancing sector, driving adoption of the PEXA platform. - Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within their given location, including law firms and CMS providers. - Work independently and as part of the national sales team to spearhead sales initiatives. - Implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, integration and customer success. - Track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics, presenting insights and strategic recommendations to their people leader. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to appropriate engage with market and marketing colleagues and to inform sales strategy. Key Skills & Experience: - Proven track record in a sales role within the Conveyancing, Legal, or PropTech sectors. - OR a Conveyancing Solicitor looking to transition into a sales role - Strong knowledge of property transactions and conveyancing processes in the UK. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Experience of working with technology platforms and driving digital adoption. - Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market. - Proven ability to manage stakeholders both within the organisation and outside of it. - Willingness to travel across a given geographical location as well as nationwide as required. Role Description We’re looking for a commercially minded and hands-on Marketing Executive to join our Product Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help drive go-to-market activity and customer engagement across a portfolio of established and evolving products, including Smoove, Optima, Amity Law, and Legal Eye. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and senior stakeholders, you’ll take ownership of marketing initiatives from concept through to execution and performance optimisation. What You’ll Be Doing - Deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content, events, and PR. - Own end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring activity is delivered on time and on brand. - Create and manage engaging marketing content across websites, email, and social channels. - Collaborate with Sales teams to support lead generation, conversion, and customer retention journeys. - Track campaign performance, maintain reporting dashboards, and optimise activity based on insights. - Support the delivery of events, including marketing materials and follow-up engagement. - Produce high-quality marketing assets such as presentations, brochures, adverts, and email campaigns. - Monitor budgets and track marketing spend. - Proactively manage day-to-day priorities, identifying risks and opportunities. Qualifications - Experience in B2B marketing (ideally in proptech, fintech, legal, financial services, or similar). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Hands-on experience with digital tools, CMS platforms, and campaign workflows. - Experience in campaign reporting, analytics, and budget tracking. - Understanding of ROI and performance-driven marketing.
