**Key Responsibilities** **Training Content Development and delivery:** - Work with internal SMEs to develop lesson plans, training materials, practical assignments, and assessment tools in accordance with training objectives. - Assesses trainees’ progress through practical tests, quizzes, and skills assessments. - Maintain internal learning libraries, toolkits, and knowledge base documentation. - Deliver training programs through various modalities including face-to-face, virtual, and blended learning approaches for both on-site and online teams. **Learning Operations:** - Manage LMS platform and tools for course deployment, tracking, and reporting. - Coordinate scheduling, invitations, and support for live training and webinars. **Analytics & Reporting:** - Generate monthly learning dashboards with metrics on participation, completion, and impact. - Analyze feedback and learner assessments to improve training programs. **Administrative & Project Support** - Maintain training calendars and version control of content. - Support onboarding logistics and training follow-up processes.

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for Canada, aligned with global brand positioning and business objectives. • Lead full-cycle campaign management: planning, localized content strategy, asset development, media buying, performance tracking, and optimization. • Drive localization of marketing assets — copy, visuals, and video — ensuring cultural relevance, linguistic accuracy, and regulatory compliance. • Build and manage relationships with local sales teams, IBs, partners, and KOLs to develop in-market strategies that accelerate brand awareness and business growth. • Serve as the primary point of contact for local agencies and vendors across content production, media, and events. • Conduct ongoing market research to monitor trends, competitor activity, client behavior, and regulatory developments in Canada. • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators including leads, conversion rates, FTD/FTT, engagement, and brand sentiment. • Deliver actionable insights through weekly and monthly performance reports to Regional and Global Marketing leadership. • Contribute to broader regional initiatives and cross-market projects as the business evolves.
• Own the end-to-end build and maintenance of the global paid traffic tracking pipeline, including deep configuration of AppsFlyer and other MMPs, S2S (Server-to-Server) attribution logic design, and Postback mechanism management. • Serve as the core hub connecting front-end media buying and the back-end BI data platform, ensuring high-efficiency and precision in data flow across both ends; establish data validation mechanisms to diagnose and resolve data gaps, attribution loss, and tracking code anomalies in real time. • Partner with Growth and Data Product teams to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical integration solutions; optimize Postback Windows to maximize the training efficiency of front-end bidding models such as pLTV and VO. • Collaborate seamlessly with front-end Media Buyer teams and back-end development/data teams, translating complex technical logic into clear, actionable SOPs to drive smooth cross-functional implementation. • Continuously monitor the Ad Tech landscape, assess the impact of emerging tracking technologies and attribution solutions on existing infrastructure, and proactively drive infrastructure upgrades and optimization iterations. • Leverage SQL and BI tools to conduct deep data audits across the tracking pipeline, precisely identify data leakage nodes, and directly improve ROI by adjusting technical strategies.
• Execute hands-on, granular account management and optimization across global non-standard long-tail channels, including independent DSPs, ADXs, and CTV networks. • Manage budget allocation, capacity scaling, and rapid creative/targeting variation testing across long-tail pools tailored to core expansion regions such as LATAM and SEA. • Partner with the Mar-Tech team to institutionalize routine traffic anomaly filtration and aggressive sub-publisher optimization, protecting true acquisition costs at scale. • Monitor and report on Blended Effective CPA (post-fraud mitigation) as the primary performance North Star, ensuring full accountability for traffic hygiene outcomes. • Identify, test, and scale high-performing sub-publisher placements while swiftly cutting underperforming or fraudulent sub-sources based on granular Sub-ID level analysis. • Surface actionable market and performance insights specific to emerging market traffic behaviors, ad fraud variants, and performance arbitrage windows.
• Formulate and orchestrate global core search strategies across SEM, SEO, ASO, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), integrating multi-channel traffic acquisition paths to maximize synergistic impact. • Develop global keyword expansion frameworks, automated bidding scripts, and defensive bidding rules to construct high-barrier, intent-driven traffic funnels. • Mentor and manage cohorts of junior operators and trainees; design standardized operational SOPs to ensure zero-error execution at the account level. • Conduct deep multi-dimensional attribution analysis, leveraging post-install backend data (e.g., retention rates, LTV curves, payback inflection points) to reverse-engineer and continuously optimize front-end bidding models. • Continuously monitor search engine and app store algorithm developments, assessing the impact of technical architecture changes (e.g., crawling mechanisms, rendering approaches, structured data) on traffic strategy and adapting accordingly. • Modularize complex optimization logic into highly replicable training materials and operational playbooks to elevate team execution capability and scalability.
• Spearhead end-to-end commercial negotiations with global growth media networks, non-standard traffic networks, and core agency partners. • Own and enforce platform admission protocols to protect margin and interest across all traffic supply relationships. • Independently identify, develop, and onboard non-standard supply pipelines—including independent DSPs, ADXs, CTV publishers, and tier-1 Affiliate Networks. • Design and maintain a healthy, resilient traffic supply chain mechanism that upholds VT Markets' commercial standards. • Take full ownership of commercial reconciliations—including traffic mitigation, clawback execution, and recovery processes against fraudulent or non-compliant traffic sources. • Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to audit raw vendor data logs and enforce data-driven accountability across supply partners. • Draft and implement large-scale user acquisition SLA risk-control frameworks, covering anti-hijacking protocols, click-injection filters, and strict clawback trigger thresholds. • Apply an adversarial negotiation mindset to proactively identify and close legal or contractual vulnerabilities with external partners. • Stay current on digital advertising fraud topologies and proactively evolve internal safeguards against emerging threats.
• Focus on identifying new leads for expansion and developing innovative strategies to grow the business by recognizing opportunities and addressing needs within the CFD industry in the Uruguay region. • Responsible for expanding and managing a portfolio of Brokers and Partners while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. • Work closely with regional marketing and client relations teams. • Maintain a strong business development relationship with IBs and expand the portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Consistently develop a healthy pipeline of sales by diversifying the IB pool from the CFD industry. • Conduct periodic competitor analysis to understand potential competition and identify opportunities for business growth. • Act as the primary contact person for all issues experienced from partners and collaborate with other internal teams to resolve them.
