Sales Operations Manager

• Partner with sales and commercial leadership to deliver insights on pipeline health, revenue forecasting, and territory performance. • Manage Salesforce reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data governance, ensuring accuracy and adoption across the sales organization. • Conduct analyses on sales productivity, territory optimization, and ROI of commercial initiatives. • Support improvements in the Lead-to-Order (L2O) process, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency. • Mentor and guide junior analysts, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making. • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards on sales performance, forecasts, and key performance indicators. • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Product to align operational strategies and support commercial success. • Recommend process improvements and implement tools or workflows that increase sales team efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, or related functions, ideally within biotech, diagnostics, or life sciences.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven experience managing and optimizing CRM platforms; Salesforce expertise required.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with leadership.
- Strong project management skills and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members preferred.
