Lead Generation & Events Manager

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies, with a focus on ABM targeting enterprise accounts in Financial Services, NeoClouds, AI Factories, Telecommunications, and Research Institutions • Identify and engage high-value accounts using data-driven approaches to drive awareness and demand • Build and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, content marketing, social media, and digital campaigns • Manage account profiles/personas and nurture programs to improve pipeline quality and conversion rates • Partner with Product Marketing to craft personalized messaging and campaigns that resonate with target accounts, ensuring alignment with market positioning • Work closely with Marketing Operations and Lead Qualification teams to streamline workflows, optimize lead management, and support pipeline acceleration • Analyze campaign metrics, reporting on lead quality, conversion performance, and pipeline opportunities to refine future strategies • Plan, manage, and execute ZutaCore’s participation in key industry events, including conferences, trade shows, and customer engagements • Own event logistics and coordination including booth planning, vendor management, event timelines, sponsorship deliverables, and on-site execution support • Coordinate event-related marketing assets, including messaging, collateral, presentations, demo requirements, and lead capture strategies • Work with Sales to drive pre-event promotion, meeting scheduling, and post-event follow-up campaigns to maximize pipeline impact • Track and report event performance metrics, including leads generated, meeting outcomes, and pipeline contribution • Stay current on industry best practices for lead generation, ABM, and event strategy, applying innovative techniques to improve campaign performance

• Be the technical focal point for customers and partners • Represent partners and customers’ requests and expectations • Identify opportunities, help map the customer/partner journey, identify risks and raise appropriate flags • Provide hands-on assistance in the field • Prepare, lead technical discussions with partners and customers • Collect customer, partner and market needs
VP Sales – Europe

• Define and execute the European sales strategy aligned with global objectives • Own regional revenue targets, pipeline development, and forecasting • Identify and close strategic enterprise deals with key customers • Develop and manage relationships with data center operators, hyperscalers, and enterprise clients • Build and lead a regional sales team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management • Establish and grow channel and partner networks (OEMs, system integrators, distributors) • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align customer needs with solutions • Represent the company at industry events and customer engagements
Senior Sales Operations Manager

• Lead and optimize global sales operations infrastructure • Drive operational excellence by improving processes, managing forecasting and reporting, optimizing CRM and sales tools, and enabling scalable revenue growth • Partner with sales leadership to define and execute sales operational strategies • Support annual planning, territory design, quota allocation, and capacity modeling • Build and maintain scalable sales processes • Own sales forecasting processes and pipeline accuracy • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements • Serve as the business owner for CRM platforms • Collaborate with Finance on revenue planning and reporting • Support onboarding and training for sales tools and operational workflows
