Role Description Ventrata is excited to announce we are recruiting a skilled, US-based Sales Manager with a love of tours and attractions to drive new sales growth in the Americas. Our product is changing the way tours and tickets are sold across the planet. This rewarding new role will be integral to our growth trajectory. If you're excited about working in a fast-growth, scale-up environment with cutting-edge products that remove operational friction and maximize revenue opportunities in the leisure and tourism industries, then this is the role for you. The role is remote and will be based in North America. For consideration, it's expected that you are based in and able to work during the office hours of the target region. Additionally, you will be traveling for prospective customer visits or to conferences and events. Qualifications - A proven track record in a related revenue-generating role within the ticketing or travel-tech industry. - Direct experience working with (or for) major Attractions, Tours or Sightseeing operators. - Native English speaker or at least 5 years selling in native English-speaking markets (C1 as a minimum). - Fluency in Spanish a plus, not a requirement. - Must reside within the continental US or Canada. The Challenge: A Ground-Up Redesign on a New Foundation - This isn't about tweaking a simple app. Our core product is a powerful, configuration-driven checkout widget with multiple display modes, complex booking flows (such as cross-selling and multi-booking), and a dependent-booking management module. - It's a mature, high-quality application, and now it's ready for its next evolution. - Our mission is to execute a total redesign, fundamentally reimagining our user flows, component library, and design system, all built upon a modern Svelte 5 foundation. What You'll Be Building & Transforming - Our checkout widget is a SPA built upon Svelte 5 (migrated from v4), Vite, Typescript, Tailwind, Vitest, and Cypress. - Your responsibility will be foundational migrations (upgrading Vite, Tailwind, etc.), giving you a unique opportunity to learn the codebase's intricacies. - You will participate in translating a new, comprehensive Figma design with a great focus on project maintainability and code clarity. - As our Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be the primary force for this transformation, working alongside our Tech Lead to build the future of our product.
