About the Team As a Software Development Engineer on the Workday Federal team, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for our Knowledge and Case Management product. You'll collaborate closely with customers, product managers, UX, and design teams to tackle real user problems, contributing across the full development stack from product discussions to front-end coding with TypeScript. Our technology includes a Kotlin microservice and Workday's proprietary XO stack; we're investing in XO and will offer dedicated training to help you develop these skills. You'll also have the opportunity to develop skills in the growing field of Generative AI as we integrate it to enhance our products, building features like our article summarization tool, case summary tool, and exploring new AI applications. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
