Qualifications - Experiência em configuração e construção de jornadas para equipes de CRM e/ou Marketing; - Modelagem de dados e raciocínio lógico; - Conhecimento de metodologia ágil ou outras formas de gestão de projeto; - Habilidade para negociar soluções e priorização de backlog com a área de negócio, atendendo as melhores práticas e outras ferramentas de CRM; - Conhecimento comprovado em utilização em ferramentas de CRM em ambientes corporativos, preferencialmente com respectivas certificações técnicas.
