Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role. - Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, or B2B SaaS platform businesses — you understand the domain, the client lifecycle, and how B2B operations work. - Direct experience with sportsbooks or sports betting platforms is a strong advantage. - Hands-on experience with client onboarding, sales, and/or support processes — you've worked with these teams and understand their workflows and pain points. - Hands-on experience documenting API integrations (REST, data contracts, system flows). - Proven ability to write clear, structured business and system requirements. - Experience with process mapping and documentation (BPMN, flowcharts, or equivalent). - Understanding of databases, data models, and how systems exchange information. - Familiarity with AI/ML product development — understanding how to write requirements for AI features, evaluate AI-generated outputs and work with teams building intelligent applications. - Track record of working across teams — comfortable facilitating conversations between business and engineering. - Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Upper-Intermediate+). Requirements - Nice to Have: Experience working on AI-powered internal tools. - Interest in how AI is transforming B2B commercial operations. Benefits - Comprehensive health insurance with coverage for your well-being. - Paid sick leave up to 10 days without medical certificate. - 20 days of paid vacation plus additional leave for important life events. - Learning and growth opportunities with support for professional development. - Language learning support for multilingual collaboration. - Modern hardware provided for your work. - International team environment across multiple countries. - Corporate events and team activities. - Welfare support program for critical situations. - Gifts and support for major life milestones.
