Role Description We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Country Manager for the Baltic Region who will be responsible for driving business development and overall performance across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, with a strong focus on medical genetic tests, particularly prenatal screening (NIPT). Qualifications - Hands-on, sales-driven, and goal-oriented professional with strong people skills. - Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation abilities. - Solid background in business development and multi-country team management. - In-depth knowledge of the Baltic healthcare and laboratory market, particularly in the private sector. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales teams across different countries. - Full professional proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of Baltic or other regional languages is a strong advantage. Requirements - A higher education degree in medicine, biotechnology, biology, biochemistry, microbiology, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of NIPT and other first-trimester screening products. - Experience working with gynaecologists, laboratories, or within the medical diagnostics industry. - Previous experience managing regional or multi-market operations. Role Description This role has been designated as ‘Remote/Teleworker’, which means you will primarily work from home. Serves as an account manager selling mission solutions to DHA in their geographic locations; understands DHA key business and IT challenges and requirements and is focused on driving value for DHA, while maximizing revenue and margin for HPE Networking.
