Job Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in full stack development with React/Next.js and Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
- Proven experience in leading the design and delivery of scalable software systems
- Strong understanding of software architecture and cloud-native development
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and Pydantic
- Hands-on experience with GCP services such as Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, IAM
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform)
- Excellent communication, technical judgment, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Prior experience in a startup or small-team environment is preferred

The Sr CRM Systems Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for gathering requirements and building out new operational components as well as continued maintenance and support of existing components of our Customer Relationship Management systems (Salesforce.com and Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
