Role Description Reviews initial borrower(s) loan credit file received from Mortgage Loan Originator(s). Coordinates with processor(s) in collection and examination of documents needed to submit loan file for initial/final loan approval to underwriting department. Examines and validates specific documents are accurate, complete, and included to ensure that a complete loan file is submitted to the closing department. Ensures compliance with the bank, regulatory and investor guidelines. Customer contact and adherence to customer service standards is required.
