Analyst Relations Specialist
Ensono
• Responsible for inbound and outbound analyst requests • Respond quickly to company-wide requests, providing useful information in a timely manner for all requests while staying within analyst firms’ policies • Build and maintain strong working relationships with influential analysts covering Ensono • Summarize relevant analyst reports for global sales and marketing teams • Respond to requests for research from sales and marketing • Work with public relations agency to identify analysts to speak with reporters, be quoted in press releases and support pitches. • Develop outbound communication to analysts about Ensono including sharing Ensono news, managing analyst tours and briefing analysts about Ensono’s future/strategy. • Handling inbound analyst requests in a timely and effective manner including surveys, inquiries, and requests to speak with customers. • Working with internal Ensono constituents including marketing, sales and executives to seek analysts’ input on roadmap, strategy, pricing etc. • Working with global Ensono marketing team to use analysts strategically to support marketing efforts including speaking opportunities, report sponsorship for lead generation and webinar participation. • Writing and developing briefing docs, messaging docs, analyst tours, trade shows and events. The role will work with firms such as Gartner Group, IDC and Forrester Research. • Track and measure the effectiveness of analyst relations activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in marketing, communications, product marketing, product management or corporate strategy roles in enterprise technology and/or service providers.
- Experience in analyst relations is preferred but not a must have.
- Public relations experience would be a plus, need to tell a story

• Generate and review Initial Closing Disclosure (ICD) documents for accuracy and completeness in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Ensure that the ICD is sent to the borrower at least three business days prior to closing, adhering to TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure) regulations. • Review loan terms, fees, taxes, and other financial data to ensure they are accurately reflected in the ICD. • Cross-check all loan documentation to ensure alignment with underwriting conditions and customer information. • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in loan documentation prior to issuing the ICD. • Stay up to date with federal and state mortgage regulations (including TRID) to ensure all disclosures meet legal standards. • Maintain detailed records of all issued ICDs and monitor timelines to ensure compliance with the three-day disclosure rule. • Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, processors, and closing coordinators to ensure all necessary data is collected and accurately reflected in the ICD. • Communicate with the loan origination team to address any borrower questions or concerns regarding the closing disclosure. • Conduct quality control checks on all ICDs before submission to ensure there are no errors or omissions. • Report any issues or trends regarding ICD errors or compliance risks to management for further review.
• Support the execution of the company’s SOX program with a focus on IT General Controls (ITGCs). • Perform walkthroughs with IT and system owners to identify key controls and document them in risk-control matrices. • Design and update IT process narratives, flowcharts, and test plans to reflect current practices. • Execute ITGC and application control testing in accordance with PCAOB and external auditor standards. • Track and validate remediation efforts for IT control deficiencies, ensuring timely resolution. • Assist in annual SOX scoping and IT risk assessment activities. • Assist in new system implementations, upgrades, or significant IT changes for impact on SOX controls. • Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure consistent IT control execution and awareness. • Support internal and external audit requests, providing clear and accurate IT documentation.
