• Provide executive-level (CIO/CTO) leadership to clients • Establish IT strategy and 2-year technology plans for clients • Partner with Senior Engineers and Onsite Field Engineers • Learn and understand clients’ industry-specific IT requirements • Develop innovative IT initiatives and projects • Communicate project progress and ensure client satisfaction • Analyze Network Assessments and Security Audit reports • Present solutions to clients during Technical Business Review meetings • Manage 25 - 30 client accounts and foster positive relationships • Handle client issues and escalations with professionalism

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • An advanced degree, such as an MBA, IT-related certifications, project management certifications
  • Previous Technical Account Manager (or similar role/title) experience at Managed IT Service Provider
  • 8–10 + years of related experience in related business and/or technology
  • Strong consultative skills with a background in IT related Services offerings
  • Client presentations and gaining the buy-in of C-level executives
  • Sales and customer care within a technology-related environment
  • Building project plans and detailed scopes of work
  • Managing and monitoring projects
  • High-level, professional communication with C-level executives
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time
