Healthstar | Mental and Behavioral Health Support

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients. • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health issues. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. • Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective therapeutic interventions. • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills. • Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with community resources. • Participate in case reviews and contribute to program development initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
  • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
