Position Overview We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Graphic Designer to bring Rhymetec’s brand to life across every touchpoint. This is a design-first role focused on creating high-quality, on-brand visuals that elevate our presence across marketing, sales, and partner initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to translate ideas into polished, premium creative, from social and campaigns to events and sales collateral. This role is ideal for someone who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a cohesive, elevated brand experience. Experience in B2B is preferred, ideally tech. Key Responsibilities Design & Creative - Own the creation of high-quality visual assets across marketing and sales, including: - Sales decks, one-pagers, and enablement materials - Customer-facing documentation and reports - Event and webinar graphics - Social media graphics, carousels, and short-form visuals - Partner and co-branded assets - Infographics showcasing Rhymetec-owned or industry data - Campaign-specific assets - Design using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. - Develop and maintain templates and scalable design systems for repeatable use. - Bring a strong creative perspective to campaigns, elevating how the brand shows up visually. Social & Video Content - Create and edit short-form video and visual content for social and campaigns. - Repurpose webinar, events, behind the scenes, and other campaign content into engaging clips for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels. - Support social media execution through visual content creation and formatting. - Work alongside Marketing Manager to create and post more dynamic, engaging, and differentiated social posts. - Occasionally work with external vendors on the production of branded-video assets. Events & Webinars Execution - Support execution of webinars and events, including: - Building and designing landing pages in HubSpot - Preparing event and promotional assets - Designing and ordering event swag and materials - Manage post-event workflows: - Upload recordings and distribute assets - Prepare clips and materials for marketing and sales use - Coordinate follow-up emails and assets Sales Support - Support sales with: - Custom decks and one-pagers - Visual assets for outreach and presentations - Ensure all materials are polished, consistent, and follow brand guidelines - Support campaign execution in HubSpot, including landing page builds for lead generation, asset setup, and basic campaign organization. - Work alongside Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to create case studies with existing customers. External Presence - Design and maintain assets for external platforms, including: - G2, Google Business - AWS Marketplace - Partner portals - Support partner initiatives through co-branded asset creation and campaign execution Required: - 2–4 years of marketing, design, or creative experience - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva - Demonstrated ability to create high-quality marketing and sales assets - Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling - Experience creating social and/or video content - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Detail-oriented and proactive - Comfortable working remotely with proven productivity in remote environments.
