O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia: - Apoiar os processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, desde a divulgação das vagas até as etapas finais, com suporte ao time e aos analistas. - Divulgar vagas em canais internos e externos, seguindo as diretrizes definidas. - Realizar triagem de currículos e apoiar a análise de aderência ao perfil das vagas. - Apoiar ou conduzir entrevistas iniciais (screening), conforme o nível de experiência. - Agendar entrevistas e manter contato com candidatos ao longo do processo. - Atualizar o status das vagas e candidatos nos sistemas de recrutamento (ATS). - Apoiar o envio de feedbacks e comunicações padrão aos candidatos. - Organizar e controlar informações e documentos dos processos seletivos. - Apoiar o acompanhamento de indicadores básicos de recrutamento. Além disso, é necessário: - Interesse em atuar e se desenvolver na área de Recrutamento e Seleção. - Experiência prévia em recrutamento será um diferencial (inclusive com alto volume de vagas). - Vivência ou familiaridade com plataformas de R&S (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, ferramentas de triagem). - Escolaridade: ensino médio completo ou ensino superior completo/em andamento em RH, Psicologia, Administração ou áreas afins. - Conhecimentos básicos em Excel, Word e PowerPoint (nível intermediário é diferencial). - Diferencial: experiência com plataformas como Gupy e LinkedIn Recruiter. As a Senior Recruiter on the Early Careers team, you will own the end-to-end internship and co-op recruiting process for Canada based technical, game design, and art roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to guide hiring decisions, manage recruiting operations, and deliver a positive candidate experience at scale. In addition to execution, you will use data and insight to influence process improvements and support the long-term success of early career programs. This role requires strong stakeholder partnership, adaptability, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational rigor in a fast-paced environment.
