About Us: Lendorse is a startup focused on maximizing the potential of young people from developing countries. We identify exceptional talents who would like to pursue Master’s degrees in Europe, finance their studies and cost of living, and provide a comprehensive mentoring program with relevant professionals from their fields, forming a community. In return, we receive a share of their income after graduation for a fixed period of time, combining social impact with profits. We’ve received the first pre-seed funding and were selected as one of the top European FinTech early-stage startups to join the current batch of Techstars Future of Finance Accelerator. We are live and actively funding students and are putting together a strong and motivated core team for the current growth phase. Tasks What You’ll Do: Customer Acquisition - Design and run full-funnel campaigns to acquire high-quality student leads - Manage and optimize performance marketing channels (paid social, search, email, SEO) - Analyze results, run experiments, and continuously improve conversion and ROI - Build and maintain simple but effective marketing automation flows Brand & Content - Set the vision for the brand and position Lendorse as a leader in mission-driven finance - Define go-to-market strategies that resonate with a global, diverse audience - Develop high-quality content and storytelling across channels (blog, social, email) - Collaborate with product and design to ensure brand consistency and clarity Requirements You Bring: - 2–3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment - Proven ability to acquire users/customers via digital marketing channels - A strong sense of ownership and willingness to get hands-on - Excellent communication and storytelling skills - Curiosity, creativity, and a mission-driven mindset - A passion for education and the belief that wasted potential is one of the biggest injustices of our time
