Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a Senior Director, Brand Marketing to join our North American Marketing team. Be part of a transformational experience as we meet the challenges of today’s business landscape and lay the foundation for future growth. The Senior Director of Brand Marketing will focus on brand development and brand management activities for our Coffee and Hot Beverage portfolio within our food business. This role reports to the Vice President of Brand Marketing. Incentives This is a remote position with the ideal candidate based anywhere in the United States with preference for East Coast or Central candidates. What You'll Do - Aid in accelerating our brand development and brand management activities within Sodexo North America. Refine the organization structure and strategic approach for the assigned brand portfolio. - Partner with the Sr. Director Brand Partnerships to oversee the coffee and hot beverage portfolio, ensuring that all solutions work in harmony to achieve business objectives. - Build and manage the brand and portfolio roadmaps, create vision for consumer experience, drive the design requirements, financial model, lifecycle and evolution plan. - Create brand vision & strategy with laser focus on customer experience. Establish foundation by clearly defining current portfolio for assessment. Partner with the Insights team to ensure all brand and portfolio plans are rooted in client and consumer insights. - Manage brand profitability by integrating costing and pricing components of the development process. - Work with Regional Service Operations to adapt the brand roadmap to guarantee value creation. - Identify target consumer and provide clear direction on all communication points for both client-facing and consumer-facing materials. - Partner with digital marketing, communications, and creative services team to develop creative and execute content and ensure that key communication points are appropriately included in all marketing and sales materials. Collaborate with segment marketing teams to customize content for each segment. - Develop an ongoing connection with existing peers in the brand marketing ecosystem including those in Noram and Global teams, as well as within NorAm Business Segments to ensure knowledge sharing amongst Subject Matter Experts.
