Role Description Zur Unterstützung unseres Finance-Teams suchen wir eine/n zuverlässige/n Mitarbeiter/in auf Minijob-Basis im Bereich Finance & Accounting. - Verwaltung und Organisation von Verträgen, Rechnungen und Zahlungsbelegen - Pflege und Aktualisierung unseres internen Reportings - Unterstützung bei P&L-, Cashflow- und Management-Reporting - Abstimmung von Zahlungen und Transaktionen - Vorbereitung und Strukturierung von Unterlagen für Steuerberater und Buchhaltung - Unterstützung bei administrativen Finance-Prozessen Qualifications - Bachelor- oder Masterstudent/in im Bereich Accounting, Finance, BWL oder ähnlichem - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich - Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise - Sicherer Umgang mit Excel / Google Sheets - Interesse an Startups, Fintech und Finance Operations - Erste Erfahrung mit Buchhaltung oder Controlling ist ein Plus Benefits - Flexible Arbeitszeiten auf Minijob-Basis - Remote-Arbeit möglich - Einblick in die Finance- und Operations-Prozesse eines internationalen Fintech-Startups - Verantwortung und eigenständiges Arbeiten ab Tag 1 - Junges internationales Team mit flachen Hierarchien

Tasks What You’ll Do: Customer Acquisition - Design and run full-funnel campaigns to acquire high-quality student leads - Manage and optimize performance marketing channels (paid social, search, email, SEO) - Analyze results, run experiments, and continuously improve conversion and ROI - Build and maintain simple but effective marketing automation flows Brand & Content - Set the vision for the brand and position Lendorse as a leader in mission-driven finance - Define go-to-market strategies that resonate with a global, diverse audience - Develop high-quality content and storytelling across channels (blog, social, email) - Collaborate with product and design to ensure brand consistency and clarity Requirements You Bring: - 2–3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment - Proven ability to acquire users/customers via digital marketing channels - A strong sense of ownership and willingness to get hands-on - Excellent communication and storytelling skills - Curiosity, creativity, and a mission-driven mindset - A passion for education and the belief that wasted potential is one of the biggest injustices of our time
