• Collaborate with design team responsible for user experience and user interface. • Champion a user‐centered design process throughout the organization. • Assist with planning and conducting user focus groups. • Develop and continuously improve usability test criteria to guide product acceptance. • Create market and product documentation that accurately reflects user needs and is clearly defined for Development and QA teams (i.e. business requirements, user stories, wireframes, functional specifications, test plans, etc.) • Create clear and easy to follow user guides for clients and end-users. • Share knowledge and organize training for team members. • Work with product manager to manage potential integration partnerships with external applications. • Take initiative in tracking, anticipating, and proposing likely industry developments for the organization to stay ahead of customer needs and requirements. • Facilitate communications throughout the product development lifecycle to all teams. • Initiate and lead interactions among other teams within AssistRx to ensure coordination of development, marketing, and support activities for our products.
Job Requirements
