Regional Manager

Upper Crust Food Service

Role Description The Regional Manager is responsible for leading their regional culinary operation while providing coaching and counseling to Traveling Chefs, Chefs, and house staff. As a culinary business leader, the RM is responsible for employee development through: - Menu management and execution - Vendor ordering - Budgetary oversight The RM also is the first escalation point for Clients, bridging the gap between customers and employees by providing clear feedback and counseling to employees about food quality and execution. This is a year-round remote position that requires approximately 50%-75% travel. Qualifications - Understanding and proficiency of various cooking methods, cuisines, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. - Understanding of and commitment to a professional appearance and positive attitude. - Excellent record of kitchen and staff management. - Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions. - Familiar with the industry's best practices. Requirements - 5+ years in professional, high-volume food production or catering, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience. - Supervisory Experience. - Culinary degree is a plus. - Must hold valid managers level sanitation certification. Special Demands - The work environment can be loud and busy. - There are many kitchen hazards such as hot surfaces and liquids, sharp knives, and slippery floors. - Capability to work in a kitchen environment that may involve exposure to extreme heat or cold. - Required to stand for long periods, up to 8+ hours, as well as walk, bend, and stoop. - Must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. - Exposure to cleaning chemicals.

Responsabilidades del cargo - Diseñar, implementar, y monitorear, la estrategia integral de cobranza para los distintos productos financieros ofrecidos, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas y en general el costo de riesgo. - Diseñar, y monitorear el apetito de riesgo de la compañía en la vertical de soluciones de pago, alineado al propósito de corto y largo plazo de la institución. - Trabajar directamente con gerencias de producto, tecnología, entre otras, para un diseño integral de las estrategias, buscando siempre un enfoque cliente en la gestión. - Desafiar constantemente la digitalización de procesos internos y de cara a cliente. - Evaluar y proponer mejoras a los procesos operativos, flujos, políticas ad hoc a la gestión. - Mantener la relación con proveedores externos de cobranza. - Asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones, estándares de la industria y políticas internas en todos los procesos de pago. Qualifications - Formación en Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Civil Informática o carrera afín. - Experiencia en industria financiera, en especial productos financieros de banca personas (tarjetas de créditos, créditos de consumo, etc.). - 10 años de experiencia en estrategias de cobranza (distintos tramos de mora, conocimiento de herramientas de mitigación, trabajo con agencias externas, entre otros aspectos). - Experiencia en proyectos de digitalización de la cobranza (automatización, bots, canales digitales, CRM). - Experiencia implementando soluciones como bots, flujos digitales en app/web o herramientas de gestión de clientes. - Experiencia en implementación y/o uso cotidiano de sistemas core de cobranza. - Conocimiento de normativa local. - Nivel de inglés conversacional.
