Treasure Data
• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer engagements from scoping through execution and renewal. • Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders while managing cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery aligned to business outcomes. • Own engagement plan including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resources • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Product, Support) • Implement delivery governance: RAID logs, status reports, change control, communication plans • Ensure quality project artifacts: charters, SOWs, status decks, runbooks, handover documentation • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Sales and Customer Success • Define and track value metrics: adoption, performance, time-to-value, business impact
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years in consulting, professional services, or program/project management with enterprise customers
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations (SaaS, data/analytics, AI/ML, MarTech/CDP)
- Strong stakeholder management with clear, confident communication skills
- Expertise in project management: planning, estimation, risk management, governance
- Experience owning SOWs, budgets, and profitability for services engagements
- Excellent presentation skills; ability to translate technical topics into business language
- Experience in global, cross-functional environments across time zones

Responsabilidades del cargo - Diseñar, implementar, y monitorear, la estrategia integral de cobranza para los distintos productos financieros ofrecidos, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas y en general el costo de riesgo. - Diseñar, y monitorear el apetito de riesgo de la compañía en la vertical de soluciones de pago, alineado al propósito de corto y largo plazo de la institución. - Trabajar directamente con gerencias de producto, tecnología, entre otras, para un diseño integral de las estrategias, buscando siempre un enfoque cliente en la gestión. - Desafiar constantemente la digitalización de procesos internos y de cara a cliente. - Evaluar y proponer mejoras a los procesos operativos, flujos, políticas ad hoc a la gestión. - Mantener la relación con proveedores externos de cobranza. - Asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones, estándares de la industria y políticas internas en todos los procesos de pago. Qualifications - Formación en Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Civil Informática o carrera afín. - Experiencia en industria financiera, en especial productos financieros de banca personas (tarjetas de créditos, créditos de consumo, etc.). - 10 años de experiencia en estrategias de cobranza (distintos tramos de mora, conocimiento de herramientas de mitigación, trabajo con agencias externas, entre otros aspectos). - Experiencia en proyectos de digitalización de la cobranza (automatización, bots, canales digitales, CRM). - Experiencia implementando soluciones como bots, flujos digitales en app/web o herramientas de gestión de clientes. - Experiencia en implementación y/o uso cotidiano de sistemas core de cobranza. - Conocimiento de normativa local. - Nivel de inglés conversacional. • Manage assigned deals from initial contracting request through execution • Treat each transaction as a project, with clear next steps, open issues, dependencies, and timing considerations • Keep deals moving by following up with internal stakeholders, organizing inputs, tracking status, and guiding Sales • Identify potential blockers early (e.g., missing terms, unclear scope, nonstandard paper, procurement requirements, approval gaps, or operational commitments) • Surface issues before they become end-of-quarter emergencies • Prepare and tailor contract documents using ELB’s approved templates, including: Subscription agreements, Order forms, SOWs, Amendments, renewals, and related schedules • Assemble complete contract packages, including DPAs, security exhibits, AI terms, and other required attachments • Review customer redlines against ELB-approved positions, fallback language, and contract playbooks • Collaborate with Sales to move opportunities from commercial alignment to signed deals • Support renewals, expansions, and changes in scope
