We’d love to hear from people with - Advanced SQL techniques for analysis of complex business problems. - Knowledge and experience in data manipulation using SQL querying tools in large relational databases. - Prior Payments Analyst experience required. 5+ years. - Experience in the Payments Processing Industry including experience in analyzing payment processing fees is preferred. - Experience with top of funnel metrics is preferred. - Experience with cost benefit analysis / ROI is preferred. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau preferred - Experience with programming languages Python or R preferred - Experience with Cloud-based technologies such as Snowflake are nice to have, but not essential. - Able to act independently to resolve highly complex problems. The Partner Engagement Analyst supports day-to-day administration and analytical activities for the Passport North America partner program. This role maintains accurate partner data and coordinates onboarding, certification workflows, billing and invoicing, partner support requests, and RTC sponsorship activities. The Analyst works closely with partners and internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, Support) to ensure program operations run smoothly, information is reliable, and processes are well organized. **This is a remote position (eligible within the U.S.) Key Responsibilities Partner Onboarding and Lifecycle Management - Support end-to-end partner onboarding activities, including intake coordination, account setup, lab equipment requests, and go-live readiness tracking. - Maintain accurate partner records and the approved partner list across internal systems and directories. - Serve as a primary operational point of contact for partner inquiries, triaging requests and routing them to appropriate internal teams.
