Partner Engagement Analyst

Vontier

The Partner Engagement Analyst supports day-to-day administration and analytical activities for the Passport North America partner program. This role maintains accurate partner data and coordinates onboarding, certification workflows, billing and invoicing, partner support requests, and RTC sponsorship activities. The Analyst works closely with partners and internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, Support) to ensure program operations run smoothly, information is reliable, and processes are well organized. **This is a remote position (eligible within the U.S.) Key Responsibilities Partner Onboarding and Lifecycle Management - Support end-to-end partner onboarding activities, including intake coordination, account setup, lab equipment requests, and go-live readiness tracking. - Maintain accurate partner records and the approved partner list across internal systems and directories. - Serve as a primary operational point of contact for partner inquiries, triaging requests and routing them to appropriate internal teams. Partner Certification Coordination - Coordinate partner certification programs by scheduling testing and training, tracking milestones, and following up on outstanding requirements. - Maintain certification documentation and track compliance status. - Flag delays or non-compliance and escalate issues as appropriate. Billing, Invoicing, and Data Accuracy - Prepare and issue partner invoices in accordance with program terms. - Track invoice status and payments, and escalate delinquencies to the Head of Third-Party Programs and Partnerships. - Reconcile billing records and collaborate with Finance on corrections and reporting as needed. Contracts and Compliance Support - Work with the Head of Third-Party Programs and Partnerships and Legal to support updates to Partner Program Agreements and related documentation. - Ensure partner records and activities align with program policies and contractual requirements. Partner Marketing and Event Support - Coordinate with Product Marketing on partner participation and sponsorships for partner-related events and initiatives. - Support marketing and events teams with partner logistics, tracking, and communications. Support Coordination and Escalation - Coordinate partner support requests across Support, Product, and Engineering teams. - Track service-level commitments and follow issues through to resolution. - Maintain clear escalation paths and support closure of high-priority partner issues. Reporting and Continuous Improvement - Produce regular program reports and summaries for internal stakeholders. - Maintain and improve data quality used for partner tracking and reporting. - Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve documentation, and introduce efficiencies or automation where appropriate. Qualifications - Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook; experience with DocuSign and SharePoint or similar document management tools is a plus. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with consistency. - Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. - Comfort working with structured processes, data tracking, and detailed documentation. Preferred Qualifications - Exposure to contract administration or commercial terms. - Experience supporting certification programs, training coordination, or compliance activities. - Basic understanding of billing or accounting concepts. - Experience in a technology, transportation, or services-oriented environment The base compensation range for this position is $59,700 to $82,300 per annum.
