• Stand up and own the monitoring platform, utilizing Query Store across databases, wait-statistics, file-I/O baselines, system health custom Extended Events sessions, and the performance dashboard • Define and continuously tune alerting against established baselines to ensure alarms are trusted and acted upon • Lead incident triage across the database estate • Own the post-incident root-cause review process to drive issues to permanent resolution • Author and maintain operational runbooks and establish a reliable on-call response practice • Diagnose and remediate top resource-consuming and lock-holding queries using Query Store, procedure stats, and execution plan analysis • Identify and resolve CPU pressure, Tempdb contention, memory-grant waits, and I/O bottlenecks via wait statistics and DMVs • Refactor and harden high-impact stored procedures and queries to improve concurrency and reduce contention • Own the index strategy, including usage analysis, fragmentation maintenance standards, and the disciplined evaluation of missing-index recommendations • Own core production operations, including backups, recovery, patching, high availability, capacity planning, and the security baseline • Coordinate broader database initiatives across engineering and reporting teams, reporting status and risk directly to the CIO

• Write, read, and improve complex T-SQL against existing objects. • Investigate data discrepancies and reconciliation variances. • Apply analytical judgment to question data accuracy. • Maintain and monitor existing ETL processes and data pipelines. • Build and own Power BI reports and dashboards. • Work directly with capital markets stakeholders to understand their goals.

• Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other benefits. • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and provide guidance on plan options and enrollment processes. • Act as a point of escalation to assist employees with dependent eligibility verifications and processing qualified life event changes. • Collaborate with benefits providers and vendors to resolve issues and ensure optimal service delivery. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits. • Perform quality checks of benefits-related data and run ad-hoc benefit reports. • Assist in retirement and benefit plan compliance activities including annual retirement plan audits, IRS audits, non-discrimination testing, Form 5500 filings, and related communications. • Assist in the development and implementation of new benefit programs and initiatives. • Complete monthly invoice billing reconciliation and payment processes. • Help to identify and implement wellness programs to promote employee well-being and reduce healthcare costs. • Participate in various HR related special projects and other duties as assigned.

• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand business objectives, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake, posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer through hire • Conduct behavioral, competency-based, and skill-based interviews • Proactively source candidates using networking, social media, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing strategies • Manage a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Develop and post compelling job advertisements and social media content • Screen resumes and evaluate candidates to present high-quality candidate slates to hiring managers • Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process • Coordinate with HR and candidates to complete applications, background checks, and required documentation • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (Jobvite) • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and internal recruiting policies • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience for all applicants

• Deploy code to enhance the tools used by Capital Markets to improve line of sight to risks (such as CUBE enhancements) including monthly reconciliation of variance for Gain on Sale. • Create a framework of governance and controls that we can automate to minimize the number of checks we are deploying each day, leveraging computing power vs human power. • Ensure any system changes made within Capital Markets are integrated in a uniform manner throughout the organization. • Build on the framework of the existing CUBE technology and migrate this to a Fabric platform. • The goal is to have a real time data layer that allows us to have a responsive intuitive data set that can be interacted with by users with basic systems knowledge. • Take on additional tasks as assigned from the technology team as appropriate to meet overall company objectives, this may include performing tasks for other departments or for audit reasons etc. • Maintain our competitive edge in technology by evaluating options for technology expansion and improving on current use of tools - What new methods or tech can we deploy to allow us to more easily manage the risks in the position. • Participate as Capital Markets representative in the ATF that will focus on automation initiatives with emphasis on reducing workload to expand capacity and reduce error rate. • Serve as lead person on the tech side to correctly get all the new investor elements such as program codes etc assigned. • Provide guidance on how we integrate the elements of business process management into our data so we can analyze and help aggregate it (i.e. a date is useless but a date grouped by month is helpful). • This includes the tools necessary to support Daily P/L reporting that will enable our understanding of fair market value vs shift in mix exposures. • Develop and lead an adaptive, innovative and future-looking analytics organization that includes agile and measurable insights that drive business results. • Partner with business leaders to proactively determine how data and insights can better advise and support their goals. • Contribute to the overall corporate strategy by instituting industry leading approaches, methodologies and technologies to leveraging data and making informed decisions.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Java, and Node.js in a microservice environment • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features quickly • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in TypeScript and Java • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance • Implement data storage solutions using MS SQL and ensure data integrity • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies • Build and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs, GenAI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines • Integrate AI services into full-stack solutions using frameworks like LangChain, FastAPI, or Azure OpenAI • Handle unstructured data (PDFs, HTML, audio, images) and multimodal models • Implement LLMOps practices including prompt versioning, caching, observability, and cost tracking • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to embed intelligent automation and decisioning into enterprise workflows • Contribute to the development of semantic search, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Supabase), and AI-enhanced user experiences.

• Own the customer research pipeline, including regular review of customer calls and interactions. • Design, launch, and analyze post-abandon and post-interaction surveys. • Leverage digital voice-of-customer methods. • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of landing pages, funnels, messaging, creative, and offers. • Build and maintain a prioritized experimentation roadmap. • Design and execute landing page personalization strategies. • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and analytics teams. • Define A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalized experiences. • Analyze results, deliver clear readouts, and ensure learnings are documented.

• Responsible for auditing assigned files including but not limited to: HMDA/HOPEA Regulations TRID guidelines QM TESTING (agency and state specific) • All required docs present and executed by all parties • Conditional review; Trust and POA • Product specific audits (HELOANS, HEOCS, JUMBO). • Review to determine escrow cushions were set up properly, the disbursement amount collected, and due dates are reflected correctly in IED • Homeowners Insurance: proper coverage, policy includes expiration/term dates, property address, HO6 or Condo Master Policy. • Mortgagee clause, Purchase loans ensure effective date is on or prior to our closing date, renewal policy if expires within 30 days of closing is present, proof of payment in file if due within 60 days of closing • Check TIL/APR fees to verify tolerance • Verify if loan requires MI, MI % factors are correct, cert information is correct. • Make corrections and follow-up on all errors or issues found during post-closing auditing until cleared. • Monitor pipeline to ensure all exceptions are cleared in a timely manner. • Ensure all trailing/corrected documents are uploaded to the file. • Track and report errors • Reconcile closing conditions have been met • Reconcile closing disclosure, amend if necessary • Responsible for following minimum standards

• Responsible for providing documentation and/or rebuttals to investors for credit items • Responsible for the delivery of loans to investors and Agency (FNMA/FHLMC/GNMA) • Responsible for ensuring that notes are requested and returned from the investors and agency in the event that a loan cannot be sold or is repurchased • Responsible for the Final Certification of GNMA pools and reconciliation processes • Responsible for the delivery and purchase of loans that are deemed unsalable and are placed in scratch and dent pools • Responsible for obtaining the purchase advises for FNMA and FHLMC loans • Provide files for MI audits and any supporting documentation needed • Also responsible for loans pulled for FHLMC and FNMA QC.
