• User Acquisition: Discover, test, and scale channels, balancing volume with LTV/CAC. Formulate digital strategy through a combination of data driven judgements and adopting channel best practices. Develop a strong optimization and testing pipeline • Relationship Management: Collaborate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs • Collaboration: Be a thought leader, actively collaborating with the product team to explore new opportunities. • Impact & Ownership: Play an active role in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring we maintain acceptable CP and EBITDA levels in accordance with the financial models
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of performance marketing strategy and execution (SEM / Programmatic / APP)
- Stakeholder management
- Proactive and keen to take ownership
- Performance marketing strategy and actualization
- Strong reporting and data assessment experience including the knowledge of how to query and pull data sets as required (Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, Amplitude)
- High proficiency with data modeling and analysis
- ROAS forecasting and management
- Bonus points for: Hands-on experience with Post checkout networks such as Rokt and Fluent
- Familiarity with Account management
- Experience working on subscription or membership-based businesses
- Experience at a high growth startup / tech company
