Job Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) required
- 3+ years of management / strategy consultant experience required, with 1+ year at the engagement manager, project leader, or manager level
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, digital health, population health, or equivalent industry
- Experience in growth-stage / start-up companies strongly preferred
- A demonstrated track record of account retention & expansion success
- Strong relationship development and organization navigation skills including experience identifying and engaging key decision partners with success.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to overcome objections and achieve a win-win deal.
- Attention to detail in everything from relationship strategy to tailoring the pitch through to contract negotiations.
- GenAI-fluent, specifically for building client facing materials, summarizing account details, and synthesizing research
- Ability to travel (approximately 30~50%)
