Role Description SuperCom, a provider of choice for Governments around the globe, is seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager (RSM). The RSM will be responsible for adding new revenue through the development and pursuit of Government contracts for Offender Electronic Monitoring opportunities throughout the United States. - Develops and implements business plans. - Develops and maintains a pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities. - Examines marketing and sales statistics to identify opportunities and devise strategies for maximum growth and increased market share. - Attends Tradeshows and other sales/marketing events as required. - Travel up to 50%, as needed. - Performs other duties as required. • Build and maintain our internal developer platforms: self-serve infrastructure, paved paths, and AI-first automation.
