Field Onboarding & Integration Manager

Thrivent

• Lead a team of onboarding specialists focused on delivering a seamless launch experience for new financial advisors • Manage the onboarding specialists and licensing coach roles • Monitor key leading indicators such as licensing pass rates, appointments, advice, and PACE • Partner closely with field developers to ensure advisor transitions are executed at the highest standard • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Field Leaders on advisor-onboarding issues • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding journey for new advisors • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the centralized candidate-support function • Design and implement onboarding systems for both individual and group cohorts • Monitor advisor engagement, satisfaction, and productivity metrics • Partner with field leaders to deliver targeted interventions, resources, and coaching • Track and analyze technology utilization metrics • Build strong partnerships with IT, HR, Field Leadership, and other teams • Facilitate feedback loops with field leaders and stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience (5+ years) managing in the financial services industry
  • Strong depth of knowledge with financial services tools, techniques, and resources such as Salesforce and MoneyGuidePro
  • Experience in field onboarding or training within financial services or sales environments
  • Skillset that supports the procurement and development of diverse talent
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members

The New Business Case Manager Team is responsible for reviewing new business applications for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance and resolving any problems with application.
