• Providing for loved ones, planning rewarding retirements, saving enough for whatever lies ahead – our policyholders count on us to be there when it matters most. • Review, evaluate and process case work as directed by supervisor according to department procedures. • Analyzes case information and identifies appropriate action. • Provides and collects information ensuring systems are both updated and noted with the appropriate level of detail. • Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics per department guidelines. • Case outreach and follow up activity are timely and professional. • Utilize necessary CMD resources and tools to determine regulatory, product and case design requirements. • Understands NB and UW terminology (labs, APSs, MVRs, etc.). • Become familiar with reasoning for requirements. • Establish relationships with underwriting, distribution partners and marketing partners by understanding their needs and communicating timely and effectively with them. • Communicates effectively with and/or creates correspondence for producers, field offices and external interested parties as applicable. • Sets proper expectations with producers/offices/FVPs. • Supports department needs as assigned. • Maintains positive and professional interactions with peers, trainers, internal customers, and leaders across all activities; Effectively collaborates to overcome challenges.
