• As a Senior Residential Quality Assurance & Operations Specialist, you are a member of one of IGS’ fast-paced emerging businesses. • Evaluate solar systems submitted for milestone review. • Review and process a high volume of solar projects from outside parties to ensure compliance with IGS’ program requirements. • Review shading reports, project photos, and other project specific documentation to ensure project quality. • Become an expert user of IGS’ Solar 360 platform, capable of guiding external business partners through IGS’ milestone review process. • Craft clear and concise instructional emails to provide external partners with detailed instructions on how to navigate IGS platform features, milestone rejections, and product information. • Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to educate partners on common reasons for milestone rejections. • Identify issues and create software tickets for IT support providing essential information and context to facilitate timely resolutions. • Create comprehensive user guides and process flows to help facilitate understanding and utilization of key systems and procedures. • Analyze KPIs to assess performance metrics and identify areas of improvement within IGS’ milestone review process. • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Customer Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Business Development to address operational challenges, streamline processes and drive initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.

• Develop a long-term process development and improvement strategy, focused on assuring quality, and in collaboration with others in the global organization. • Proactively identify, analyze and leverage quality data to identify trends and risks, manage risk-based assessments and support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies. • Develop and implement continuous quality improvements in systems to reduce complexity, improve effectiveness, efficiencies and productivity and ensure sustainability and globalization. • Develop and ensure a high-quality process development and improvement policy is propagated, understood, and implemented organization-wide; provide strategic leadership in a policy setting. • Determine and implement the quality assurance/quality system subset strategy for global team. • Co-lead the implementation of quality and regulatory compliance software systems. • Direct quality personnel by coaching, counseling, and leading employees. • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. • Other duties as assigned.
