• Evaluate solar systems submitted for milestone review. • Review and process a high volume of solar projects from outside parties to ensure compliance with IGS’ program requirements. • Review shading reports, project photos, and other project specific documentation to ensure project quality. • Become an expert user of IGS’ Solar 360 platform, capable of guiding external business partners through IGS’ milestone review process. • Craft clear and concise instructional emails to provide external partners with detailed instructions on how to navigate IGS platform features, milestone rejections, and product information. • Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to educate partners on common reasons for milestone rejections. • Identify issues and create software tickets for IT support providing essential information and context to facilitate timely resolutions.

• Support the accounting and financial operations of our growing commodity businesses • Specifically focused on operating expenses, as well as other IGS Energy ancillary businesses • Play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and insight across the IGS businesses • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements in line with GAAP • Analyze variances and provide explanations to management • Support external audits by preparing schedules and documentation • Process journal entries as directed by the Accounting Manager and monthly reconciliations • Provide support for budgeting/forecasting processes and corporate tax data requests • Collaborate with partners across different business segments • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

• Manage daily operational, maintenance, and project work within the Application Development team • Lead, motivate, and engage team members to cultivate a culture of excellence • Write SOLID code using test-driven development methodologies • Design, code, configure, unit test, and deploy applications that meet technical and business specifications • Execute development tasks in accordance with project timelines • Develop strong relationships with internal customers by engaging them in Agile development projects • Ensure technical debt is kept low by maintaining a clean, quality code base • Participate in requirements definition sessions with analysts, end-users, and management • Mentor and conduct code reviews for less senior developers.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Residential Solar Customer Operations team, ensuring alignment to department goals and company objectives • Plan and execute strategic initiatives focused on improving performance, scalability, and customer experience • Evaluate existing processes, identify gaps, and design solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency • Analyze operational and performance data to inform decision-making and prioritize areas of focus • Serve as the primary relationship partner for third-party nearshore partner(s), establishing clear expectations, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement • Partner with Workforce Management to support forecasting, staffing, and service level attainment • Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment with broader business priorities • Communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach • Lead, coach, and develop team members, providing clear direction, feedback, and growth opportunities • Foster a people-first culture with a focus on engagement, accountability, and performance • Lead and develop the collections team through direct and indirect leadership, including team leads and supervisors • Monitor collection metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce delinquency • Drive collection performance against targets while balancing customer experience and compliance requirements • Address and resolve employee-related matters in partnership with Human Resources as needed • Influence change through thoughtful communication, context, and a positive approach • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Own all aspects of income tax compliance, including the review of the consolidated U.S. federal corporate income tax return and related supporting workpapers • Review state and local income and franchise tax returns, including combined, unitary, and separate filings, ensuring accuracy and timely filing • Review international tax filings and information returns, including Forms 5471, 8865, and other required international disclosures • Review quarterly estimated income tax payments, extension calculations, and related filings • Manage and review the annual income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740, including current and deferred tax calculations, effective tax rate analysis, and related disclosures • Coordinate with external tax advisors on outsourced income tax compliance and provision work, reviewing deliverables and managing expectations to ensure deadlines are met • Responsible for maintaining the Income Tax Calendar to ensure all compliance and reporting deadlines are tracked and met • Review income tax related journal entries and account reconciliations and partner with Accounting during year-end close • Manage income tax audits and examinations, including preparation and review of responses to information requests and notices from taxing authorities • Monitor changes in federal, state, and international income tax laws and regulations and assess the impact on the business • Identify and support income tax planning opportunities • Develop and improve income tax compliance and provision processes, including documentation and use of technology, to increase efficiency and accuracy • Provide guidance, training, and review of work performed by tax analysts or other tax team members, as applicable.

• Develop and Maintain the Investor Pipeline by cultivating and growing a rolodex of traditional equity investors, tax equity investors, transfer buyers, project lenders, infrastructure funds, and other capital providers active in the solar and storage market. • Run a disciplined origination process: pipeline tracking, regular touchpoints, market intelligence on pricing and terms, and proactive outreach for new program launches. • Position IGS as a high-quality, repeat counterparty by setting expectations, delivering on commitments, and maintaining transparent communication through close and beyond. • Serve as IGS’s internal expert of capital markets trends, IRA/OBBBA implications, and evolving market structures across tax equity, transferability, and project debt. • Lead sourcing and support execution of project- and portfolio-level financings for solar and storage assets, including partnership flips, preferred equity investments, tax credit transfers, and project- and portfolio-level debt. • Provide guidance on deal structuring decisions, including evaluating trade-offs between flip vs. transfer vs. hybrid structures, sizing tax equity and back-leverage, and optimizing sponsor economics across the capital stack. • Negotiate term sheets and help define definitive documentation alongside internal and external counsel and business partners. • Work alongside solar finance to build, audit, and stress-test Excel-based models covering tax equity waterfalls, DRO mechanics, capital account tracking, back-leverage sizing, and sponsor IRR sensitivities. • Manage diligence end-to-end, coordinating responses across development, engineering, legal, and tax teams to keep transactions on schedule. • Translate between solar finance, development, legal, tax, accounting, and executive leadership to drive deal decisions and surface risks early. • Brief executives and the board on financing strategy, market conditions, transaction status, and pipeline economics. • Represent IGS externally at industry conferences, with capital partners, and in trade groups.

Role Description As a Residential Solar Inspection Asset Specialist, you are a member of one of IGS’s fast-paced emerging businesses, responsible for running the business day to day. This role entails using technical photovoltaic knowledge to review and document installation quality for IGS business partners and position IGS Solar to scale the business quickly and efficiently. - Process and review Quality Assurance and Quality Control inspections of newly built IGS projects conducted by third party contractors. - Gather and enter data on the quality of IGS Solar installations through the IGS Solar O&M360 platform. - Ability to create and modify user guides, job aids and documentation for training purposes. - Assist EPC partners with education and training on IGS standards for solar installations. - Ability to review and audit completed work for accuracy, make corrections when necessary, and timely report status to management. - Ensure EPC partners are developing solar installations that meet both National Electric Code and IGS quality standards. - Analyze KPIs to assess performance metrics and identify areas of improvement within IGS’ portfolio of assets. Qualifications - Advanced Excel skills (modeling, lookups, Nested If-Then statements, Boolean logic, etc.). - Fast learner with the ability to adapt to process and technology changes. - Willingness to learn and develop new tools and better ways of doing business. - Ability to master a variety web-based applications and tools used to manage the business. - Exceptional organizational skills, basic document management skills, technologically savvy, acute attention to detail, and most importantly a passion for the rigor required launching a new business. - Positive attitude, self-motivated, strong analytical skills, results oriented. - Able to adapt, grow and thrive in periods of uncertainty in an ever-changing work environment. - Technical understanding of the National Electric Code (NEC). Requirements - Business Administration, Construction Management, Solar Operations, Electrical Engineering, or other applicable experience. - 1-3 years’ experience in the solar or energy industries (installation, quality assurance, or field services). - NABCEP professional certification a plus. - Intermediate skills in all MS Office Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint). Salary Range $54,420.00 - $87,070.00 *This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
