• Act as the primary delivery lead for assigned client engagements. • Participate in and help lead client discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and executive briefings. • Translate business objectives into actionable cross-regional delivery plans aligned to engineering outcomes. • Communicate delivery progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to client stakeholders. • Lead end-to-end delivery of systems engineering, integration, application modernization, and managed services initiatives. • Manage day-to-day execution across global delivery teams, ensuring quality, velocity, and consistency. • Track delivery KPIs, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure predictable outcomes • Ensure adherence to delivery standards, governance, and risk controls. • Identify automation, tooling, and process improvement opportunities to improve reliability and cost efficiency. • Support sales and account teams through delivery-led solutioning, estimation, and discovery workshops. • Identify expansion opportunities within existing engagements based on delivery insights. • Contribute to proposals and client conversations where delivery credibility is critical. • Lead and mentor engineers, analysts, and technical leads across engagements. • Foster a consulting mindset, ownership, structured problem-solving, and client empathy. • Provide performance feedback, coaching, and career development guidance to both local and distributed teams.
Job Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in technology consulting in systems engineering.
- Exposure to advisory, implementation and support delivery models.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to engage confidently with managers, directors and executives.
- Experience working in global or distributed delivery teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
