• Design, build, and maintain core platform services and infrastructure that power the COS engineering organization • Develop internal tools, frameworks, and abstractions to improve developer experience and productivity • Create and evolve our cloud infrastructure (AWS), ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment systems, and observability tooling • Establish best practices for reliability, security, and performance • Lead initiatives around system resilience, incident response, and uptime improvements • Drive infrastructure-as-code adoption and standardization (e.g., Pulumi, Terraform or similar tools)

• Lead the technological evolution of the Prescription product, ensuring stability, usability, and security across critical workflows; • Work closely with Product, focusing on the physician user experience and operational efficiency; • Build and lead engineering teams, raising technical standards and delivery maturity; • Evolve the architecture with an emphasis on reliability, performance, and low latency; • Ensure software engineering excellence through best practices, testing, and observability; • Participate in technical governance and simplify the ecosystem; • Ensure compliance and the protection of sensitive data (particularly in a healthcare context).

• Develop and deliver full-stack features and improvements to Dandy’s products in a secure, well-tested, and performant way. • Collaborate with Product Management, UX Designers, and other stakeholders within EPD to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment. • Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance. • Solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. • Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review. • Recognize impediments to our efficiency as a team ("technical debt"), propose and implement solutions. • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Go-to-Market, Customer Experience, and Business Operations to shape our product strategy for delivering the best digital lab experiences for our customers.
