Senior Software Engineer, Platform
Cozey
• Design, build, and maintain core platform services and infrastructure that power the COS engineering organization • Develop internal tools, frameworks, and abstractions to improve developer experience and productivity • Create and evolve our cloud infrastructure (AWS), ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment systems, and observability tooling • Establish best practices for reliability, security, and performance • Lead initiatives around system resilience, incident response, and uptime improvements • Drive infrastructure-as-code adoption and standardization (e.g., Pulumi, Terraform or similar tools)
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with AWS
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code (Terraform/Pulumi)
- Experience with observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing) and production monitoring
- Passion for improving developer experience and enabling teams to move faster
- Experience in strongly typed, object-oriented or TypeScript-like languages.
