Du als Teil von tonies: You as part of tonies: In this role, the senior revenue accountant will play a central part in ensuring accurate revenue and accounts receivable accounting, timely customer collections, and precise reconciliation processes. The role helps the Company maintain healthy cash flow, comply with accounting standards, and strengthen customer trust. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify process improvements, and provide insights to management that support strategic decision-making. Deine Aufgaben umfassen: Your tasks and responsibilities will include: Was dich in deiner Ausbildung erwartet: - Lead the accounts receivable, credit & collections activities, including billing reconciliation, B2B and B2C cash collections and application, deduction accruals and reconciliation. - Establish and enhance deduction policies and KPIs. - Perform financial and credit analysis regarding new customer applications, past due accounts, high risk customers and other financial impact areas. Work with credit insurance and factoring banks to establish credit limits on new accounts. - Ensure compliance with appropriate credit policy and regulatory requirements. - Build strong relationships with customers and internal and external partners to assist in deduction dispute resolution. - Reconcile billing for factored customers to monthly bank reports. - Reconcile factored collections against outstanding advances and update monthly journal entries. - Reconcile Ecommerce and Amazon platforms to invoices and payments. - Maintain the allowance for bad debt calculation and trade accruals reconciliation. - Assess, and if necessary, implement additional operational controls. Maintain documentation of all processes. - Support annual, interim and bank audit requests for invoice copies and proof of payment as necessary.
