What you will do - Lead program control activities—budgeting, forecasting, EAC development, variance analysis, and financial reporting for the National Security Business Unit. - Standardize and improve processes across programs and business units, ensuring consistency, auditability, and efficiency. - Drive monthly financial reviews (PMRs), delivering clear, actionable insights for Program Management. - Be a strategic partner to Program Managers—connecting financials to execution and influencing decisions on staffing, spend, schedule, pricing, pipeline, and risk. - Oversee project setup, People Plans, and contract modifications—ensuring compliance and audit readiness. - Identify risks and opportunities—proactively recommending mitigation strategies. - Collaborate with technical accounting to ensure proper project setup, cost allocation, and contract compliance (FAR/DFARS/SOX). - Mentor and develop junior staff, building the next generation of program control leaders. - Enhance tools and systems (Excel models, Power BI dashboards) to improve visibility and reduce manual effort. - Support audits and external reporting—ensuring our programs are always audit-ready. What you need to have - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. - 8–10+ years of program control or financial management experience, ideally in government contracting. - Advanced Excel skills (complex models, data analysis). - Proven expertise in forecasting, EACs, and variance analysis. - Experience operating in ambiguous, unstructured environments—bringing clarity and structure. - Strong communicator with the ability to influence program and senior leadership. What we'd like you to have - Experience leading program control teams. - Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools. - Track record of improving or implementing financial processes and systems. - Knowledge of EVMS (Earned Value Management Systems). - Experience supporting large, complex programs or portfolios. • User Behavior Analysis: Funnel analysis for registration, deposit, betting, and withdrawals. • Monitoring key product KPIs such as retention, churn, LTV, session length, etc. • Generate performance reports to identify which features drive user engagement and revenue. • Hypothesis Support & Validation: Collecting and analyzing data to validate or reject product hypotheses. • Working closely with UX/UI teams to improve the user experience based on insights. • Create a presentation with the performance results of the project on a regular basis.
