Business, Management or Marketing discipline will be an asset - 2 years of experience in sales and customer service preferably in credit card related businesses - Preferably with previous experience in Merchant Acquiring Relationship Management of any Top 100 Philippines corporations. - He/she should be willing and eager to work closely with the customers to identify and develop their payment processing capabilities, leading to early identification of opportunities for GP and better service for customers - He/she should have a proven record in customer facing service conditions and have dealt with demanding and difficult customers - Very good English and Filipino communication skills - Must be based in Pangasinan and willing to travel to Baguio as needed - Comfortable with a remote work setup and amenable to travel and field work when required Key Accountabilities - Manage merchant account profitability and revenue potential and adjust commercial agreements as necessary. - Identify cross-sell initiatives and maximize Global Payments’ product suite revenue potential. - Monitor and supervise pricing and service proposals tailor-fitted to each potential New Account. - Perform updates to Operations on potential resource allocations specifically on vendor and POS terminal availability. - Assist Manager in mentoring on company products and special procedures to Sales Executives from time to time. - Monitor competitor activity within the assigned portfolio and identify threats and possible remedial actions to avert attrition. - Maintain close personal contact and build rapport with management personnel of merchants that may potentially develop as key accounts through business growth and development of new income streams. - Strategic visits to merchants that are potentially targeted by competitors. - Monitor and if necessary, address merchant complaints and requirements whether on head office or outlet level. - Develop and execute an Account Development Plan to maximize sales and profitability of the assigned portfolio. - Liaise merchant requirements through the SATs and ensure internal and external service providers comply with agreed SLA’s in order to deliver excellent customer service to the merchant base. - Perform other duties and responsibilities related to this role, as assigned. - Rationalize POS deployments on existing accounts and ensure maximum revenue returns on allocated resources. Description Helm is looking for an experienced automotive aftermarket sales professional in Minnesota.
