• Implement and maintain IAM controls across cloud, SaaS, and internal platforms. • Configure and support SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC. • Configure and improve MFA and Conditional Access policies. • Support secure user lifecycle processes including joiner, mover, leaver activities. • Participate in access reviews and privilege cleanup activities. • Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues. • Analyze authentication events and support identity-related investigations. • Work with Engineering and IT teams on secure onboarding of applications and access models. • Support audit and compliance requirements related to IAM controls. • Contribute to practical Zero Trust improvements based on company priorities and maturity.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in IT or Information Security with relevant hands-on exposure to IAM, authentication, SSO, MFA, access control, or user administration.
- Hands-on experience with at least one identity provider such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or similar.
- Practical knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Experience with MFA configuration, SSO integrations, user/group/role administration, and basic access governance activities.
- Understanding of Conditional Access concepts, least privilege, and joiner/mover/leaver processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues and analyze related logs.
- Basic scripting skills in PowerShell or Python.
- English - Intermediate or higher (for free communication).

Role Description We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive in the San Francisco, CA area to turn that momentum into revenue. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of Foresite’s cybersecurity expertise and Google’s security technology. Revenue Generation & Territory Management - Own the Quota: Execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual bookings quotas for Foresite’s Google Security-aligned services. - Pipeline Excellence: Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through direct prospecting, account-based outreach, and co-selling with Google Cloud field teams and channel partners. - Lead to Close: Lead negotiations and drive deals to completion, ensuring accurate forecasting and disciplined use of CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and deal-desk processes. Key Responsibilities: - Zscaler Platform Implementation & Management: - Design, configure, and deploy ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX solutions. - Ensure high availability, security, and performance of Zscaler services across the enterprise. - Provide ongoing operational support for Zscaler platforms, from initial setup to regular maintenance. - Configure and manage DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies and Forwarding Profiles to secure data flow across Zscaler platforms. - Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX environments. - Resolve issues related to Zscaler App Connectors, Zscaler Tunnel 1.0 & 2.0, and Zen Nodes. - Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve network and security-related problems. - Performance Optimization: - Use ZDX to monitor the digital experience and ensure optimal user experience and application performance. - Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks or issues impacting network security and user experience. - Collaboration & Consulting: - Provide expert guidance and best practices for Zscaler solution deployment and optimization. - Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to refine and enhance the organization's cloud security strategies.
