Job Description

Working Student E‑Commerce, Back Office

SFX E-Commerce

• Handle customer inquiries and support tickets (Zendesk, eBay, Shopify) • Inspect and coordinate returns • Record, categorize, and file documents/receipts • Prepare accounting entries and perform basic bookkeeping tasks • Edit product images and maintain product listings • Track orders and communicate with suppliers • Document and report errors in the inventory/ERP system • Prepare and coordinate reorders

Job Requirements

  • Excellent German skills (C1/C2) – required
  • English for international customers and suppliers
  • Structured, independent way of working
  • Technical affinity and eagerness to learn new tools
  • Willingness to work with Claude Code – no need to be an expert; enthusiasm is enough. We will teach you everything you need.
  • Enrolled at a university (working student status)
  • Experience in e‑commerce or back office is a plus, but not required
