• Extract and analyze Antenna data to tell compelling stories about the subscription economy; introduce novel analyses by leveraging creative, strategic data analysis methods • Present findings external clients and internal stakeholders; translate complex datasets into clear, persuasive data stories • Support Client Service objectives by owning the production of Antenna’s monthly syndicated reports and crafting custom analyses in response to customer questions • Support Sales and Marketing via key tentpole analyst reports, such as the quarterly State of Subscriptions, and support rapid response requests • Use SQL to navigate Antenna’s databases; collaborate with Data Services to scope and extract custom cohorts • Orchestrate multiple project timelines and manage expectations across cross-functional stakeholders. • Act as a thought leader by monitoring subscription trends, emerging platforms, and relevant market events
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics with a proven track record of driving business strategy
- Demonstrated experience presenting data-driven insights to external clients or internal stakeholders, and executive leadership
- Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; some proficiency in SQL
- Strong storyteller who synthesizes complex data into intuitive narratives for diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing
- Possesses uncompromising attention to detail and organizes massive datasets with precision
- Self-starter who prioritizes time effectively, meets tight deadlines, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bonus: Experience with Looker or similar Business Intelligence tools
