• Serve as a consultative partner to customers, guiding them in adopting and evolving their Legal Data Intelligence workflows using RelativityOne’s AI-powered platform with a focus on measurable outcomes • Lead strategic engagements that align to customer goals, helping teams translate capabilities into meaningful, real-world outcomes • Willing to travel up to 20% to spend 1:1 time with key customers to provide onsite consultations on workflow strategies and adoption-specific workshops • Advise customers on how to leverage AI-driven features, cloud-native workflows, and extensibility options to drive efficiency, insight, and defensibility within established use cases • Facilitate use-case-driven discussions that help customers mature their operating models and unlock greater value from the platform over time • Partner with cross-functional teams to reinforce and refine learning journeys, ensuring guidance remains relevant, practical, and forward-looking • Identify recurring challenges and emerging needs across customers, and feedback those insights for improved adoption strategies, playbooks, and scalable enablement approaches • Model best practices in using AI-assisted tools—balancing efficiency with critical thinking, accuracy, and a strong commitment to customer trust
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing support in the Legal Data Intelligence or eDiscovery industry, supporting legal, compliance, or investigative workflows
- Experience in the software technology sector, preferably in SasS or cloud-based platforms
- Navigate ambiguity with curiosity and intent—probing deeply into customer challenges, asking the right questions, and shaping unclear problems into actionable, AI-enabled solutions
- Strong written and communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts and AI assisted workflows to non-technical audiences
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, with a willingness to continuously learn new technologies and processes
- Ability to actively listen to customers, identify pain points in their business processes, and provide effective solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with AI/ML solutions for Legal Data Intelligence is a plus
- Relativity Certified Administrator is a plus
