Senior Revenue Accounting

Senior Salesforce Application Administrator, CPQ

• Collaborate closely with other Financial Applications administrators, Salesforce admins, developers/engineers, and technical analysts to align on solution design, release readiness, and shared platform standards. • Contribute strategic input and participate in CPQ and pricing/packaging roadmap planning, including evaluating tradeoffs, identifying risks, and recommending scalable platform approaches. • Provide guidance and light mentorship to more junior administrators (within Financial Applications and the broader Salesforce admin team ), including peer reviews, best-practice coaching, and support for consistent configuration standards. • Alongside other CPQ Admins, lead CPQ solution design for new pricing initiatives, working with technical analysts to translate business requirements into scalable configurations. • Administer and enhance Salesforce CPQ (product catalog, bundles, pricing, renewals/amendments) including Advanced Approvals. • Build and maintain scalable products and pricing/packaging models that enable accurate quoting and a clean downstream order/billing experience. • Design and implement complex automation and calculations using Price Rules, Product Rules, Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP), and Flows to support subscription pricing, proration , discounting, and multi-year scenarios. • Design CPQ solutions with awareness of downstream systems and integrations (including Zuora), partnering with integration owners to ensure changes are compatible with existing quote-to-cash flows. • Alongside Technical Analysts, manage CPQ delivery lifecycle for project-based work: intake and requirements, solution design, documentation, build, unit testing, UAT coordination, deployment, and post-release support. • Support disciplined delivery practices including work intake and tracking (e.g. Jira), and reliable deployment processes for CPQ changes (e.g. using Prodly for metadata and data deployments where applicable). • Provide daily CPQ administration and internal user support (triage and resolve tickets), troubleshoot issues end-to-end, perform root-cause analysis, and address tech debt and platform health items. • Create and maintain CPQ documentation, communicating changes to various internal teams as needed. • Serve as a CPQ and quote-to-cash subject-matter expert, collaborating across Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, and Engineering to drive continuous improvement and scalable operating practices. • Ensure security and compliance: profiles/permission sets, field-level security, audit readiness, and adherence to data handling standards.
