Job Description
Indirect Procurement Advisor
JAGGAER
• Assure tangible, long-term business outcomes (ROI) for your customers by analyzing corporate objectives and developing strategies to meet them using the JAGGAER One platform. • Guide customers in adopting relevant new capabilities and best practices aligned to their maturity roadmap. • Advise customers on the evolution of their procurement operating model and maturity over a multi-year horizon. • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders at Higher Education institutions (and Indirect customers) to understand their needs and ensure the effective deployment and retention of our solutions. • Design and implement adoption and retention strategies to maximize the utilization and benefits of new features, driving positive change and innovation within the customer’s environment. • Provide expert advisory services to Indirect customers, offering insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and deep product knowledge across the customer journey. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Professional Services, Global Customer Care, Customer Success Managers, and Engineering teams to ensure cohesive and effective customer experiences. • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of optimization, adoption, value, retention, pipeline, and expansion programs and report on progress to senior management and stakeholders. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing our methodologies, tools, and resources.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 8+ years of Indirect procurement experience in program management or advisory leadership roles, ideally within the Higher Education sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects and programs.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with executive stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of complex, regulated procurement environments (Higher Education strongly preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and stakeholders
