Role Description As the Growth Marketing Manager for DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) at JAGGAER, your role will be pivotal in effectively executing the strategic plan for the region. You will be responsible for directing the strategy and budget management of the marketing plan, focusing on lead generation, event management, campaign strategy support, and optimizing global marketing content for optimal impact within the region. This position reports to the Director of Growth Marketing EMEA and collaboration with the EMEA Marketing team is crucial to ensure coordination and alignment of efforts. Qualifications - Native German speaker. - Master’s degree in Digital Marketing. - Bachelor´s degree in Advertising, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). - Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing. - Extensive knowledge of social media, digital campaigns, event organization, and reporting, preferably in the technology or financial services industry. - Expertise in collaborating with and overseeing external agencies. - Experience working with Salesforce and Pardot and social media platforms. - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment. - Highly organized and able to multitask. - Excellent attention to detail and quality of work essential, yet with a fast pace. - Proficient in Excel. - High level of English is required for this position. Requirements - Campaign Development: Work closely with the Global & Digital Campaigns team to transform overarching strategies into tailored media plans specifically designed for the Spanish and Portuguese markets. - Events Management: Coordinate the planning and execution of tradeshows, customer events, and webinars in the designated countries. Provide support to the Events team in organizing customer events and effectively manage external stakeholders, including procurement associations, to facilitate the organization of national and regional congresses within predefined objectives. - Communication Plan: Management of our local PR Agency and oversee social media activities. - Reporting: Monthly basis performance analysis with the Sales team, focusing on lead gen and incremental growth, to provide actionable insights.
