Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical PM / Project Manager / Delivery Manager in a tech company
- Strong experience writing structured product documentation and requirements
- Ability to turn complex business needs into clear execution plans
- Prior software engineering experience — strongly preferred
- Experience managing engineering + QA teams
- Experience working with remote, multi-timezone teams
- Strong experience with:
- JIRA / Asana / similar tools
- Figma / Notion / Slack
- Experience delivering B2B products
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive predictable delivery

Job Description The Quality Assurance Officer plays an important role in ensuring risks related to the provision of medical services in a virtual healthcare setting are being effectively managed. The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for performing regular reviews of products, business practices and data to check compliance measures and controls are operating effectively.
