The future is borderless. Let’s build it together. THE OPPORTUNITY Multiplier is a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation that is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, designing tailored Employer Record (EOR) solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of global employment compliance, payroll processes, and the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively to clients. The Solutions Consultant will report to the Head of Implementation. Key Responsibilities: Client Needs Analysis: - Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their workforce and employment needs - Assess client goals and challenges to develop customized EOR solutions Solution Design: - Design comprehensive multi-product solutions that align with client requirements and compliance standards - Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to create robust and scalable solutions - Conduct demos of the technology solutions Compliance Management: - Stay abreast of global employment laws and regulations to ensure EOR and global payroll solutions adhere to legal requirements - Guide on compliance issues and work with clients to mitigate risks Client Engagement: - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships - Present and communicate EOR and/or global payroll solutions effectively, addressing client concerns and questions Implementation Support: - Work closely with project managers and implementation teams to ensure seamless execution of EOR and/or global payroll solutions - Provide ongoing support to clients during the implementation phase, addressing any challenges that may arise Training and Education: - Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on EOR and global payroll processes, compliance, and best practices - Create educational materials to enhance client understanding of EOR and global payroll services Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the EOR and global payroll services framework - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the company's EOR offerings Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field - 2-5 years proven experience in a Solutions Consultant or similar role, with a focus on Employer of Record services, Global Payroll , HRIS - Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Detail-oriented with a strong analytical bent of mind - Strong research, problem-solving and process development skills - Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills Why Multiplier?
