• Prepare reports for design and material selection compliance • Mark up design documentation and provide technical advice • Drafting and preparation of 2D and 3D CAD Details / Shop Drawings • Create in compliance reports and performance-based design briefs • Effectively use necessary project management software as required • Efficiently maintain timesheets to track independent working • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a professional and collaborative team
Job Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field or relevant experience
- Knowledge of AS4654.1, AS4858 and the NCC Vol 1 & 2
- 1-2 years of experience in design coordination, project management or waterproofing consultancy
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Bluebeam for drafting, markups and design reviews
- Strong understanding of Australian waterproofing standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied workload and tasks independently.
