Your Role Business & Technology Solutions (BTS) department is a team of business analysts, IT architects and project managers, who support our clients in designing, planning, and conducting digital transformations in their business. We create a bridge between business objectives and the world of IT solutions that can help to achieve them. We're striving to understand client's business, current and future challenges, as well as their IT environment. We then propose, design, plan and help to implement new technological solutions or changes in the current IT landscape to improve or transform relevant business processes. We often define requirements for new IT projects that are later implemented by other Capgemini units or external partners. We are hiring in Wrocław, Poznań and Gdańsk! Your Tasks - collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements; - lead and facilitate meetings and ongoing communication with clients; - manage and oversee business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives; - define and structure business requirements in the form of clear user stories; - document requirements using appropriate diagrams, models, and process flows; - take ownership of the business perspective of implemented functionalities; - mentor and support junior analysts to ensure high‑quality deliverables; - support development teams by clarifying requirements to ensure solutions meet client expectations. Your Profile - proven experience in business analysis within IT projects; - solid experience in requirements analysis; - strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, supported by logical thinking; - experience in working with internal and/or external clients; - excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are flexible in collaboration; - experience with agile software development methodologies; - ability to work effectively in an international, distributed team; - very good command of German (B2/C1) and English (B1+); - high responsiblity and well organized; - proactivenes and eager to learn and grow.
