• Execute end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA migrations from on-premises to cloud environments, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition. • Develop migration strategies, assess technical feasibility, and provide guidance on best practices for cloud adoption. • Develop the SAP S/4 HANA implementation architecture including data and systems, while ensuring it aligns with the organization's overall business and technology strategy. • Demonstrate mastery of cloud architecture and implementation features (multi-tenancy, orchestration, elastic scalability, serverless designs, networking, security, and fiscal observability). • Apply infrastructure migration methodologies and techniques to design migration of data and workloads between on-premise and cloud based distributed computing environments. • Develop the SAP implementation architecture including data and systems, while ensuring it aligns with the organization's overall business and technology strategy. • Apply SAP cloud migration expertise across various industries, adapting solutions to diverse business requirements and processes. • Possess a deep understanding of SAP modules (PM, PP, MM, PS, CS, CO, SD, HCM etc.) and associated technologies to facilitate smooth migration processes. • Ensure a thorough grasp of SAP S/4HANA functionalities and capabilities relevant to cloud environments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of SAP modules and functionalities in cloud environments. • Provide support for post-migration activities, including evaluating current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements. • Collaborate with business units to optimize SAP applications in the cloud, aligning with industry best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Possess 6+ years of hands-on experience in various SAP modules, demonstrating a track record of successful implementations and migrations.
  • Proven experience of 2+ years in participating in SAP migrations to cloud environments, showcasing a deep understanding of cloud platforms and technologies.
  • Experience in any SAP S/4 HANA modules (PM, HCM, PP, PS, FI, CO, SD, IM etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP configurations, integrations, and associated technologies, with a focus on successful migration outcomes.
  • Experience with large enterprise level systems and managing data at scale.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of complex IT solutions (including scalable cloud-based solutions)
  • Experience across several of these areas: architecture, cloud architecture, networking, security, storage, DevOps, containers, serverless computing, CI/CD, cloud migrations, IT transformation
  • Experience architecting cloud native solutions or migrating on-prem solutions to cloud. Ability to understand and articulate common architectural patterns and design principles.
  • Strong familiarity with SAP S/4HANA functionalities and their applicability in cloud migration projects.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive migration plans, considering technical aspects, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and addressing diverse requirements.
  • Adaptability to work across various industries, understanding unique business processes and tailoring migration strategies accordingly.
  • English B2+ is mandatory
  • SAP certification is desirable but not necessary.
